Project Manager

Minimum Requirements:
  • PMI/Prince2 Certification
  • 3 to 5 Years’ Experience
  • 3 full project implementations
  • Experience in Software Development Projects
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Advanced MS Project/MS Office skills
  • Experience in South African Public Sector
Responsibilities:
  • To ensures that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard;
  • He/she ensures the project is effectively resourced and manages relationships with a wide range of groups;
  • The Project Manager is also responsible for managing the work of consultants, allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team;
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan;
  • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan;
  • Recording and managing project issues and project risks;
  • Monitoring project progress and performance;
  • Provide status reports;
  • Manage project training within the defined budget;
  • Schedule and lead project meetings;
  • Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programmes;
  • Manage Scope, Risk, Time, Cost and Quality of ALL projects ;
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
