Overview

The programme starts in July; applicants are given the opportunity to undergo Psychometric Tests involving mathematics, language, analytical and spatial ability. The tests are conducted at our cost with no obligation.

Next phase is to check the work attitude and academic ability in the technical field of choice. Data World basically recruits students for Planning, Business Analyst and Developer positions. These interviews are rigourous and focus on basic academic knowledge

After induction the trainees are assigned to a mentor who then spends 3 months providing hands-on training in various aspects of the selected field. This is coupled with structured training provided once a week, helping strike a balance between theoretical and practical knowledge
